Mick Hall from NHS Choices

I am a man in my late forties and as a child growing up in the 70s and 80s I had many bad experiences with dentists that didn’t care if they hurt you or not. As a consequence I tended to avoid dentists until forced to attend by pain; the condition of my teeth suffered .Since attending park house I don’t fear treatment due to the skilled and gentle professionalism of the dentist and their team of nurses. Everything is explained and they go the extra mile to ensure that a procedure is as pain free as possible.

It can be a minor inconvenience attempting to reach someone on the phone if emergency or short notice treatment is required but all of the NHS is under pressure and ultimately I have always been seen in a timely manner.
At last, a dentist that has made me comfortable, I think that is worth its weight in gold.
